BlueDot Cares

We partnered with BlueDot Cares to evolve its website into a scalable multi-market digital platform supporting continued expansion across its home care and senior living placement markets. The work has extended well beyond individual page development, creating an underlying website architecture capable of supporting new markets, services, locations, and conversion pathways as the organization grows.

We developed a structured Market → Service → Location architecture supporting approximately 545 local service pages across 10 services, along with six dedicated market hub pages for Charlotte, The Triangle, Chapel Hill/Durham, Raleigh East, Raleigh West, and Cleveland/Northeast Ohio. A standardized custom post type and taxonomy structure connects services with their applicable markets and locations, while reusable templates and structured content make it possible to expand geographic coverage without designing and maintaining every page independently.

We also developed a suite of custom WordPress MU plugins that power core functionality across the site. These systems manage market and service routing, dynamic service and location relationships, market-specific phone CTAs, contextual navigation and internal linking, reusable content components, and dynamically generated structured data tied to the appropriate services, markets, and offices. The architecture centralizes this logic so changes can be implemented systematically instead of repeated across hundreds of individual pages.

Conversion and attribution infrastructure is also integrated directly into the website, preserving campaign and referral data throughout the visitor journey and supporting accurate lead attribution across forms and calls. Combined with ongoing SEO, local SEO, technical optimization, performance improvements, and conversion-focused enhancements, the BlueDot Cares website now serves as a centralized digital foundation designed to support continued geographic expansion and long-term growth.
